Community Hub Space

Wellard Square has a space available for short term use for local Wellard community groups and clubs, looking to establish a presence in our area.

The current space available is Shop 2, is 77 sq/mtrs and located near the Medical Centre & Public Toilets. The space is ‘free of charge’ to use for approved groups/clubs or just $50 per booking for businesses. A security bond is required, which will be refunded post space inspection & on return of the key. We will require a copy of your groups/clubs public liability insurance.

Please note : currently the space is only available during daylight hours, as there is no internal lighting or power. The space does have air conditioning / heating system.
